Simply Kaipara started on a personal journey of Rongoā Rākau wānanga that I was fortunate enough to attend, led by the esteemed Pa Ropata and Donna Kerridge. This kaupapa resonated with me in terms of knowing the whakapapa of things, care for Papatūanuku, sustainability and self sufficiency.
Simply Kaipara is my way of sharing rongoā rākau based products for you, your whānau, and your kainga (home). Gathered and created deliberately and sustainably in the Kaipara in a manner to ensure the rākau continue to thrive.
Ka Ora Te Whenua,
Ka Ora Te Tangata.
