Shipping policy

DELIVERY NEW ZEALAND ONLY

You should receive your parcel within 2-3 working days of placing your order with us, once you have ordered we will have you order shipped out within 24hrs of placing the order. (Please note if you order after work hours/ weekend we will not work on your order until the next working business hours).

Once the shipment has been picked up from us by the couriers you will receive your tracking number (these may take up to 24 hours to view).

Courier Post has an overnight delivery target across town and between major towns and cities. For Courier Post Economy and rural deliveries please allow up to three working days.

We are currently NOT shipping to any other country.

FLAT RATE - Overnight Courier $8.50
RURAL - Courier $12.40

For any RURAL address's you MUST choose RURAL - Courier $12.40, otherwise we cannot ship your order out.

PAYMENT
We use Shopify Payments, which provides you with a fast and streamlined service, and accepts most credit cards.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include 15% New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
