I am based in Tāmakimakaurau and offer contemporary kete whakairo and fashionable jewellery pieces fused with Māori-inspired designs.   As a weaver and maker, I gain inspiration from traditional Māori weaving patterns and the simplicity of the ‘takitahi’ design features strongly in the art I create.  As a student exploring Te Reo Māori revitalisation, I am inspired to normalise the Māori language and incorporate this into my mahi whenever I can.
