From Twilights to Hawaii to visit her whanau, Twilight was inspired to create these Niho Taniwha tapatoru earrings.
Drawing on Mauna Kea, Twilight wanted to celebrate the stories of our polynesian tupuna and out ties with our Hawaiian tuakana. These tapatoru earrings are imprinted with a weaving design inspired by the well known niho taniwha pattern. Niho taniwha represents storytelling, therefore these earrings not only reflect the stories Twilight has been told but also those she continues to create.
